Amazing service today . When my doctors office failed to help me out by not answering the phone ,the pharmacist at Pakenham’s remedy rx stepped up right at closing time to assist me with all my needs and file the proper paperwork to my doctor to help me out with my condition. Great customer service. Called ahead for some medication they were out of everywhere. And, they not only had it, they offered to leave a bottle for us aside to pick up after work! Stellar service. Wonderful staff. Would recommend highly?

AHMED is a very hardworking pharmacist, he commit to his work a 100 plus percent. I have been very fortunate to know him as there are very few people who are thay dedicated to their work,somany times he have been alone running the pharmacy on his own that makes me realize how much work he puts in his business ?

Prescriptions are always ready when you expect them, the service is friendly, and their prices on a lot of generic over-the-counter (non-prescription) medications are _excellent_, much cheaper than chain pharmacy prices; I have yet to find anything that isn't cheaper than expected! Worth the drive from Almonte/Arnprior if you are tired of big chains constantly making you need to come back (because, oops, even though you asked them to call for a refill, or you have been taking the exact same thing for ages, ordering enough in time to fill your prescription didn't occur to them, so at least one Rx is still missing, and you get to go back, and possibly go back a third time, and...). They are pro-active and politely called with a heads-up when my GP did not respond to a fax in time for it to be filled on the usual day, saving me a trip.
This is a great old-school _pharmacy_ that takes its job of getting needed medication to people seriously, instead of the usual massive modern chain that is busier selling food, iPods, etc. It was also a badly needed business in the community! Highly recommended.
