The people who run the store are super nice and lovely, and many customers are in love with the staff. However, there are repeated comments about an elderly white lady who works there. Some customers find her constantly miserable and very rude, noting it has become a known thing in the neighbourhood. In contrast, another customer expresses love for the staff, especially the old lady, complimenting her look.
