To my great suprise, this store had everything you could ever want for sewing, knitting, and crocheting. There seemed to be a lot more as well, so it felt like a Micheal's store.

A knowledgeable staff that can help direct you with all your crafting needs. Be it what yarn to use, how to do a particular stitch or just helping find you that perfect pattern for the crafter in your life they are happy to help with a selection that can’t be beat!

Very hard to get help even though the store was staffed well. I didn't know I needed my own bag or that I could buy one. The cashier did not suggest I purchase. I purchased quite a few items making it difficult to carry to the car. Very disappointed.

The yarn and patterns were great but one set for mittens and toques were very difficult to follow the instructions. The pattern is written on different pages and hard to read. MJ’s designs are not easy to do. If I knew it was her pattern I would not have ordered it. My last order the plastic bag was ripped and you could see the wool. It is good that it did not snow or rain when I got it. Everything else is great. I have been a customer of Mary Maxim for a very long time.
