My 15 year old son was ripped off $10 there last night on top of numerous other complaints we have. What used to once be our favourite place to go for cool treats has now become one of the worst in the area. How about instead of replying to all of our one star reviews that you need to do better, you just do better?

I see why it has a 2 star rating im a kid and i went to claim my deal from the rockpaperprizes website and the guy kept grabbing my phone and saying it was a screenshot and i proved it wasnt and he kept yelling a making up lies
