    Walt and his team were extremely professional. When used for water taxis our operators were knowledgeable and got us safely where we needed to be. Thankfully we did not need a tow but on water rescue was available and fast! And the mechanics at the marina do a great job. They also have a tech very familiar with older PWCs

    Huge shout out to Walt and Jenna who helped us get safely secured to the dock at Big Sound today in significant Georgian Bay North Winds! Their quick reply, big smiles and genuinely positive attitude was exactly what we needed to get our boat trip back on track. Thanks for the tow guys :-)

    We were a bit outside of the marina, and our motor on our outboard died. We called the Coast Guard to advise them. Killbear Marina heard us on the radio, and came out to tow us in. Very much appreciated for the quick service they gave us! Great job! (It was also very hot out, so their quick response was so appreciated.)
