Not happy, I was told that they don’t accept status cards at the self check out lane. I was told to go to another lane because they don’t do that there. When stores don’t want to honour a status card just note that doing so isn’t great for business. Please Train all staff how to do put a status card into your system especially at the self checkout lane. It’s not hard. It’s 2024 and some stores are still turning away a status card. It’s disrespectful and unprofessional. Also, when I use the self checkout lane. I’m being watched constantly every time by another cashier that is working in the other lane. It’s not necessary. Next time, I will ask them to come hold my basket or push my cart for me while I shop. Maybe, they can help me scan my items for me too just to make sure that I’m not shoplifting. MEAT SECTION HAS NOTHING LATELY .... Was the best in town , NOW IS THE WORST!!! DO YOU NOT SELL CHICKEN ANYMORE ? Empty shelves everywhere. What happened to this store ? This store is Horrible now.

I've just sent $ 180.00 in No Frills, bought a big bag but still it wasn't enough! So I went to get 1 box from about 20 boxes in the front, when a cashier told me to put it back, that I cant use them in front off all the customers at the cash! I put it back ( I wonder now if she would have tackled me to get it back.) In hunting season I watched 6 Guys using all the boxes for grocery's that was around $ 1000 dollars, nobody said anything! 80% of my Grocery's are bought at No Frills what great customer service! Marry Christmas to you too!

Had to price check by FOUR different employees on a $2.49 pack of pasta that was ringing up as a dollar more than the shelf price. Waited in line an extra 10 minutes because of it, and I even walked over to take a photo of the price tag to show the cashier because it was taking so long... still TWO more employees after the photo was shown had to get involved before the price was corrected. The third employee grabbed the full tag from the shelf to even show the cashier. This is the first time I've ever experienced this at a grocery store, and it completely baffled me at the lack of customer service for A DOLLAR. The appropriate response after I went to take the photo and came back should have been "oh, sorry it rang up incorrectly, let me override and correct the price for you so you can pay..." then do whatever else necessary to permanently fix it on your end (like every other store does).

This used to be our place to go, but for the last while, we can barely buy fresh fruits and vegetables as they go bad in less than a day or two. Very disappointed in the produce here.our handling has not changed at home, just declined in stock quality.
