About HUSKY/ESSO
HUSKY/ESSO is a well-known business that offers a range of services to its customers. The restaurant on-site is praised for its great food, and the staff is described as friendly and welcoming. The recently renovated parking lot is considered a significant improvement, providing ample space and free overnight parking for truckers, which is a huge plus.
However, the business has faced some challenges in maintaining the cleanliness of its facilities. The public washrooms and showers are often cited as lacking in cleanliness, and the business has been known to have issues with expired products in its gas station convenience store. Customers have also reported concerns about hidden fees and charges, such as the $15 plus tax fee for leaving a trailer unattended.
Despite these issues, many customers have found HUSKY/ESSO to be a great spot for truckers, with a comfortable and affordable rest stop option. The business has made efforts to improve, and customers have generally been satisfied with the overall experience, especially the recent renovations and the friendly staff.

Very kind folks in charge here. We were on a trip and had an accident on the 401 and were stranded here with our family. They kindly let us unload on the yard and stay in the lounge. Again. Super kind and caring staff

Stopped in for dinner on our way through Windsor, as this was a diner style restaurant, my mother requested to go.
I was a little nervous as it being a truck stop but it was very bright and clean. The server was friendly and the food was good.
