“I ran over some wet road paint the very day I got my new truck and it shot all over the side. I called valley collision and talked to Bailey and she offered to get me in that very day and was told it would be done by the end of the day. They got all the paint off and even buffed out other scratches that I didn't even mention. The job was done quickly and professionally and the truck looks like new. “Communication could have been better. I felt like I just dropped off my car and when I went to pick it up, I got a stack of papers saying what was done, but no one went through it with me, not even briefly.Having said that, my car was repaired in a timely manner and so far I have not had any repair come back to haunt me. They were professional, but if you're expecting alot of human interaction, you may not find it here. I wasn't mistreated, they just don't excel in face-to-face communication exchanges. I have no complaints about the work done though.”
