“I cannot say enough positive things about Kim and her shop. As a very “plain Jane” plus size girl, I was so nervous about trying on dresses, feeling like nothing would truly feel like “me”. My biggest fear was trying on a floor model dress that was 5+ sizes too small and trying to image what I would look like in it. To my pleasant surprise, the plus size stock was phenomenal and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable.
Kim heard every comment and suggestion about my “vision” and took the mission of finding my perfect dress very seriously. I ended up saying a very enthusiastic “yes” to a dress that was practically the exact opposite of what I wanted, and I have never felt more confident and beautiful than I did twirling around the shop laughing with my loved ones in my perfect dress. I can’t wait to actually see it on my wedding day next June.
This shop has a huge selection, and feels so inclusive of all shapes and sizes. Even the mannequins come in all shapes and sizes! Kim is so personable, kind, and laser focused on her craft of finding that perfect dress. I changed all of my plans and cancelled all my appointments in Ottawa/Kingston for wedding dress shopping and travelled from Kingston to shop with Kim because everything about her made me feel confident and excited about the process. My experience was so fun and happy. I’m very thankful I got my Crazy Beautiful dress from Kim and her lovely shop ??‍♀️?”

“Me and my friends were hoping to try on some dresses, so we came to KM Bridal Outfitters. We got there just before 2:00, and were welcomed enthusiastically by the staff, who offered help and tips as we tried dresses on. We very much appreciated the fact that she put in the extra effort to suggest dresses we had not picked as well, and that she did not hesitate to help us with zippers, buttons, lacing, etc. An hour later we found out that the store was supposed to have closed at 2:00, but the lady said that since we came right before that time, we were good and that it was no problem for her stick around a bit longer for us.
This expirience was definitely the highlight of our day and we wanted to congratulate you on your awesome staff! Love this store ❤️! Definitely recommend it.”
