“I'm new to the area and have only been to Uncle Jim's a few times. Their whole packer brisket was top quality. I was curious because it's not rated as AA, AAA etc, but it was definitely a premium brisket. The whole pork butt (pork butt is from the shoulder and used for making pulled pork) is, without question, the best pork butt I've ever bought and everyone who had it, loved it. I'm super impressed with this pork butt. Additionally, the staff are friendly and helpful but the meat was just really good.”
