What I enjoyed most was their ability to have a meaningful conversation with me and not just ask questions. When I picked up the vehicle, I was given a lot of helpful information specific to the condition of the car and its winter tires. Upon dropping it off, they also provided additional context around the things I experienced while driving the car. Even though it was at no fault of their own, they still took ownership of the vehicle they provided and offered me a free upgrade on my next rental. I am not very strong with technical details, especially when it comes to sensors and alert management especially in a car i’m not used to, but they put my experience first and made sure I felt supported throughout.”
