“James is amazing to work with! My 10year’s favourite practices was when James was there. James has a way to grab and hold the attention of his clients, they feel the respect he has for them and they want to make him proud in return. He watches and corrects as mistakes happen, he is always giving feedback! He treats all his clients with the utmost respect and speaks to them like they matter and not down to them. When he speaks to the little ones he gets to their eye level so the kids feel like they are at the same level!
We could go on and on about how hard working, dedicated, and enthusiastic he is for sharing his knowledge with the next generation of goalies, if you ever have the chance to work with James, you will very quickly realize just how amazing he is!

“I quite like this facility. There is an excellent selection of fitness equipment but it is old (which isn't all bad) and there is not much space. It can get very cramped if there are too many people at the same time. They are doing an excellent job with what space they have but I can't give it 5 stars without some modernisation or upgrades. That being said I'll be returning and the fact that there's a pool, sauna and hot tub is a huge plus for this facility.”

“It's great! Clean, friendly staff, great equipment. They should get rid of the cybex machines and get more stairmaster machines for when it gets busy, but otherwise a great gym!”
