“I’ve tried for years to get my engagement ring resized. Due to the detail work/ a softer stone, most places refused. The second I walked in I was warmly greeted and the confidence they had about the project was so comforting. He ended up finding another issue with the setting and now it has been resized and the prongs fixed in less than a week! Thank you guys so much!!”
