I felt very disappointed as being a teenager who was followed around the store and watched by a younger male employee while holding onto an item I was going to purchase ($100 pair of boots) while shopping for other items, staring at me as if I were going to steal them or something else ,let alone being with my mother most times still being watched as if I was a thief. I felt like I was being stereotyped since I was a teenager and in some peoples eyes might steal

I like the Mark's brand but not this store. My husband bought a pair of slip on boots. The stitching ripped and there is a huge hole. Mark's has a 100 day boot warranty. I went to get a refund. They told me it was over 100 days so wouldn't qualify, so I calculated it, and it was not over 100 days. Then they argued it wasn't the stitching that ripped so doesn't qualify for the refund. I went to a different store and got the refund.

Absolutely fabulous service from Josie and Cora. They were extremely helpful, patient and professional. They were very knowledgeable in all areas. Boots, coats, rain suits, coveralls, mitts, gloves etc. I will be purchasing more from this store. Thank you very much.

Thanks goes to sales lady who helped with winter jacket choices today..she gave knowledgeable info on each item in a friendly, helpful manner. Gives a boost to the Christmas spirit when during busy times, people are genuinely giving of their time and expertise.
