“My wife and I purchased a queen topper from Ken based on a sample that was in his store. Unfortunately the factory kept sending us the wrong topper. Finally after a month since the initial purchase we figured it made more sense to just return the topper we purchased and look elsewhere. On the day of the return, Ken was obviously disappointed with the lack of care from the factory as any business owner should be. Instead of giving us a hard time of it, he upgraded us to a whole new MATTRESS for 3 times the value if not more at the cost of the topper. He wouldn't take no for an answer.
