Excellent purchase experience by the sales staff. I HIGHLY recommend Jon Liedtke if you are looking for a detailed oriented, no pressure environment and efficient transaction. Sales manager and financing processes were also handled very professionnally.

AVOID THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Murphy Ford changed the oil on my 6 month old F-150. After driving home, I checked the oil dipstick and found no oil. Reading the service notes, the technician put half the amount of required oil back into it. When I called the service department to advise that they under filled my 5.0 V8 by half, the service advisor told me that I was wrong. I remedied the situation myself as I have no trust in the service department.
TLDR; murphy ford had no idea what engine they were changing oil on, proceeded to underfill it with 1/2 the required oil and then told me I was wrong, before a manager was able to admit fault. At least they gave me the rest of the required oil for free i guess? Stay away from here

Great service experience. Had me in when they said they would and fixed the issues we had. Car was immaculate when we picked it up. Ran like new. Can’t ask for more than that !!

Quality of service I received from these guys are by far the best around
I drove 12hrs round trip to pick this truck and this is the 3 truck I’ve purchased from them and I’ll continue to do so

Great dealership service is phenomenal , and you get treated with respect which is rare these days. I return to Murphy Ford for all my service not because of the warranty(I could get an oil change anywhere) because I like the great service they provide.
