Poise Strength and Conditioning is such an amazing community to be apart of and space to workout in!! The coaching is the best I've ever experienced. I know that every class is going to make me work harder than I knew I could, I'm going to learn a new skill or lift heavier than I thought. It is such an incredible gym to be apart of!! I am soooo grateful for the people that make it what it is.

I joined CrossFit Poise about 2 months ago. Kendra and her team are very knowledgeable and always make each workout unique and fun. The strength and conditioning programs are challenging and in only 2 short months I am noticing an increase in my explosive plyometrics and endurance during my soccer games.Coming from a solo bodybuilding background where I would do isolated weight lifting for certain muscle groups to now training among like-minded people at doing full body conditioning classes I am totally addicted.CrossFit Poise offers classes for all levels of fitness from 'women's only bootcamps', 'beginner classes' to 'advanced WOD sessions'. Each workout can be modified to meet the level you are comfortable with until you build the strength needed to perform the advanced movement. Being totally new to cross-fit I've had many questions during class regarding the names and/or movements of workouts and have always been given the direction needed to perform at my best.I highly recommend CrossFit Poise for their excellent programming, knowledgeable and professional staff and the overall encouraging team environment.
