I am a retired fine dining chef and I drive out of my way to buy my meats at Uncle Jim’s to feed my own family. Clean shop, great people and the quality is A+. Prices, per pound, are comparable to the chemical-soaked products you will find at the supermarkets.

Uncle Jim's All Natural Meat Rods taste great! My favourite part about it is the mouth feel. I have to remember to pace myself, because I want it all in my mouth at one time. Take it from a glizzy gulper like me, if you're looking for flavour, look no further than Uncle Jim's Meat!
