It would be amazing if there was a set price for clothing. I was looking for shirts and I found a decent one but it was tripled in price because it had a brand name. Who prices these? What's the point of thrifting with prices like this?

It's WAY overpriced for used and donated items. Second hand stores should be a fraction of the cost of what retail stores sell new. It should be a fun experience finding things. I actually become appalled and angry when going through the racks. It's disgusting. I know I am not the only one. They made the place worse by taking the change rooms out. It was probably just another way to make more profit and use Covid as an excuse. They should use some of the money they make from taking advantage of people and start washing things before putting it out on the floor. Or at least make an effort to make it look presentable. The store stinks.

Prices continue to be too high considering their stock is free. The store is over stocked because I won't pay the prices and so many others.

Gone down hill—Very expensive, …and a little bizarre walking in there. Kind of like the twilight zone! ? ??? Gone digital, with one to two cashiers. The day they don’t have a cashier in store I will walk out, as well as a lot of older generation of people. ?

I have been a loyal customer of value village Pembroke since they opened many years ago. I always appreciate how organized and tidy the store is. I have only had positive experiences here and I continue to shop at value village Pembroke frequently.

Poor customer service from one of the managers, rude annd unprofessional. Inappropriate behaviour especially in front of a child. Over priced items that were donated. No exchanges or returns and not allowed to make sure anything works. Will no longer be shopping or donating to this poor excuse of a second hand store.

This is a basic Value Village. The clothing is over priced for the area as you find new clothing at the near by Winners, Sports Check, Walmart etc for better prices and quality. If you love treasure hunting, it's still good for this. Other interesting items can be found at good prices plus vintage items. Staff, especiallyTony are amazing. Lots of free parking.

Appears that nothing is cleaned before being put on the shelves. A coffee cup had an obvious coffee stain all over it. Store also feels very dirty. The odd good deal here, but mostly barely a deal for someone else's junk.

This value village always seems to have weird treasures that you would not come across in southern Ontario. This region truly has a unique culture. If you are looking for catholic themed items you are going to find luck. If you are looking for military themed items you are also going to find luck. I’m usually hunting for cat stuff hahah. Have fun thrifting!

I only drop off used clothes. I don't buy anything because it is too expensive, I can get brand new cheaper. Also, the store has a terrible smell, I want to vomit.

Pretty good for a second hand store.tje store itself was very tidy and neat. I'm surprised quite a few of the items I picked up were kinda gross and still filthy (hand sanitizer is a necessity). Although we did find some great stuff! I will definitely have to stop back in, I already bragged to my family about my nostalgic find!
