****Warning**** Scumers! Bought a charger and USB-C for over $70 it hardly worked wen I went back the next day the worker said there is nothing we can do for you. Wen you leave the store thats it.

Staff deserves zero stars for customer service. Staff saw me coming over and decided to put her self on the phone. Then told me she would be an hour.

***Warning*** There is a chance that your number will only able to stay within the Bell network, or you must made the choice to loose your number if transferring to a Rogers network provider.My cell phone number was ' non transferable' without my knowledge. No requests for Rogers networks are received, they are unable to be sent/processed/received from the Bell network (Virgin mobile).My plan was changes have not been as discussed.- One plan change time I was told 'nothing will change' and I lost features I required with no ability to get them back.- Signing up my name was spelt wrong with ID, and changed online, this did not update in the main server.- Customer care via phone has been less than helpful, and is the only method of comms which has been completely ineffective with solving my porting out issue. To run a credit check every 30 days to see if virgin mobile will release my number is madness, to spend the money on two phones when I only need one and have been trying to port over my number is madness.This has been a horrible experience. I hope others can avoid.
