I brought some shocks in to get the sprigs swapped over in the middle of tire season since I don’t have a spring compressor at my shop and they still squeezed me in. It took a bit longer than expected but they communicated with me why and kept me in the loop. Some times things don’t go as planned and I can respect that, we’ve all been there! With the couple of negative reviews and my 8 years in the industry it is impossible to please everybody and there’s a lot more positive experiences that go unheard of than negative ones. So take those with a grain of salt and bring your car to Redline!”
