DO NOT BUY HERE!! I feel totally ripped off! I purchased two bracelets for my wife, I discovered later that the gold was rolled super thin, it resulted in a very weak product, within 4hrs both had broken, $700 and they refused to give me a refund. This is lousy customer service.

Such a beyond wonderful experience. I came in 15 minutes to close expecting to just drop two repairs for a later pick-up and the owner took care of them straight away. So helpful, so friendly and went above and beyond to repair two sentimental pieces for me at an unbeatable price. Thank you so much Bryant's!

Normally I have always had great service. However, the other day I wanted to replace my earrings, I wanted good earrings. When I came back into the store the next day to get a couple more pairs I was greeted with "what's wrong now." I didn't know I had anything wrong the day before when I was there. I am glad I have replaced my earrings because I will never go back again. I believe in shopping local, but a customer should never be greeted with "what's wrong now."They fixed my mom's old clock, sold me great earrings, I bought a new chain and cross from them, always great, great service. People make mistakes but one should never welcome a customer with an accusation.
