I avoid this place! A while back when I went in there was such a rude lady behind the counter....I never find them helpful or friendly in here. If I was a tourist and went in here I sure wouldn't think Penetang was friendly or a class act.

If I could give a negative number I would. Old lady in there was extremely rude in regards to my ESA demanding a certificate. I suggest you brush up on the laws lady, Esas don't require a badge certified or not, had you asked nicely I would have shown you paper work. But you're just a judgemental nasty lady who discriminates against those with disabilities you can't see.

They have a bait machine that runs a scam out front that basically takes money but doesn't spit anything out. Then the guy working there just shrugs when you get ripped off. They rent the spot to the bait guy, it's on their property. I wouldn't go there for anything when they literally run a fraudulent vending machine out front

I grab some change and went for a nice bike ride with my Fiancé to go get a slushie for the first time at the circle K in Penetanguishene tonight. When I got my small slushie there was no lids, so I asked the young man working for one and he stated there was none. I only grabbed enough change for a small one so I poured it into the next size up cup and went to pay for it. The young man in the not most polite voice stated I could not do that and would have to pay for the larger size. I explained I didn’t have enough change so he took the slushie and placed it behind him and stated he will not sell it to me then. So we left. Thank you to the young man for ruining a nice evening and we will defiantly not be going back.

The woman with the blonde hair that works behind the counter is absolutely phenomenal. She always has a smile on her face and is enthusiastic to be there. We always have a quick little chat when I go in for my daily scratch tickets and it always lightens up my day.
She deserves a raise. It simply wouldn’t be the same place without her.
