The unit was clean and secure from pests. Giddian was very accommodating and responsive to requests.IE:repairing the gasket on the bottom of the door. Would definitely choose this location again.

Have used Penetang Self Storage since we moved in 2020. We had started with another storage company but had access and billing problems so we moved to Penetang Self Storage. I am happy to say that I never once had access or billing issues and the customer service was exceptional. We had multiple and single storage units from 2020 to 2023 and there was never an issue with swapping units as they became available. Will definitely use them again in the future if we need more storage.
