Very difficult & frustrating calling this bank to speak to someone. Very long waiting periods to talk to someone or waiting for a call back.

I had over the phone appointment today with one of the Financial Advisors in this branch. I was waiting for the call, she did not call me on time, when I emailed her that I am waiting for your call, she stated that she is finishing up another call., then she called me after couple minutes and I was expecting a formal apology but there was none. She doesn't know what is meaning of customer service, she doesn't know how to talk to someone respectfully, she doesn't value other people's time. She was supposed to inform me if she was running late for my appointment, but no. The worst experience ever, my friends advised me to not to go this branch for any service. I guess, they were right!!!

Horrible.. the supervisor was very unprofessional with me I have been jn there several time to resolve an issue and nothing changes... ?

Crooks. Atm malfunctioned last night and kept my money. Scotia claimed they never found any money or any errors and said the branch manager would call me. There is no branch manager, and they did find my money but I had to go above their heads just to get it back. Shameful, lie right to your face. Sandy Shaw financial advisor had to help me out
