Canadian Tire is a big, bright, clean, and neat store with a good mix and selection of everything one might need. The layout is familiar and items are easily found. Many find it a nice place overall, with some noting particularly attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful staff who work hard. However, experiences vary, as others report the store is often short-staffed or has newer, younger staff who are not well-trained or knowledgeable, making it hard to find help. Some customers feel the sales and ads can be manipulative and deceptive, leading to distrust about regular pricing. Despite this, it remains a convenient stop for many.

Port Perry location specifically is very friendly, well stocked and so clean. They are quick to shorten a line that gets long.
