“I received a contact call from Karey and an appointment for the next morning. I brought home my APAP machine, mask and instructions that day and used it that night (last night). Kerry is wonderful to deal with and she takes the time to chat and get to know you. Happy to say that my first night of use, my sleep disturbances dropped down into the acceptable range. I know that won't happen every night, but I attribute the good sleep to both the machine/mask and to Kerry and the comfort level she gave me for using the equipment and contacting her if I had issues.
