RONA Petawawa, a local hardware store, is praised for its exceptional customer service and friendly staff. Customers highlight the willingness of the employees, particularly Barry and Andrea, to go above and beyond to assist them, even with issues that were not the store's responsibility. While the prices may be slightly higher than competitors, shoppers appreciate the convenience and the personalized attention they receive at RONA Petawawa. The store's inventory, however, has been noted to sometimes lack certain basic items, but overall, the positive experiences with the staff make it a preferred choice for many customers in the area.
Exceptional service. Staff were friendly and efficient. Bought wipers for my car, the price was pretty good for the quality, they work great! Will 100% go again if I need something while I'm in the area.

It's really hard to support this location when the stock is low. 0 cedar lumber of any kind in Petawawa, 200+ of every kind of cedar in Arnprior.
Hate to shop at Home Depot, but don't have a choice.

Went in to try and match a stain color. Employee was adamant they couldn’t open a can of stain to test. Cans were already open with stain around the rim. He was helpful and seemed disinterested in helping. As a contractor it’s hard to justify shipping there.
