I’m not sure what happened to this location. It use to have amazing and incredibly friendly staff who were always welcoming. I don’t recognize anyone anymore, and I don’t blame them for moving on. I saw the new manager scold an employee after she was incredibly helpful! Employee did nothing wrong! Made for a very uncomfortable situation.
I will grab my bath and body works soap when I’m shopping out of town from now on.

I bought the Into the night Moisturizer from there.The product is so good. I loved it. And the customer service of Jess is so friendly.

All the girls working today were absolutely amazing, they answered any questions about products I had, suggested scents that would suit me, made the experience absolutely wonderful. Will be returning to this store in the near future for more purchases

Came in three times today alone to buy stuff they had long lines one person on cash five people in the store don't know why the walkers don't come up to the cash when they see that there's a huge line cuz the one girl in cash and the hand soaps are on sale so people are buying 30 of them so it's taking longer which I was planning on buying over $50 worth of soap today and other products but yet again I walked out of the store and won't be back again because that's always happens when I show up we'll give it one star if I could they just lost a customer I will be shopping on Amazon and other locations for Christmas now as well this is my go-to store for candles or bath bombs but not anymore bloody ridiculous

Last Christmas alone I spent hundreds at your store and now I can’t help but feel like I’m under constant watch by the gate keeper at the front entrance. I totally understand that loss prevention is important but I wouldn’t be surprised if you lose more sales from actual paying customers than the thieves. Try and be a little more less obvious about what you’re doing. I won’t be back. I don’t want to feel like a criminal when I’m shopping.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Whyte dykes are extremely rude here and don't even care to greet people if you are non-white forget about helping with the stuff you need. The store was super busy, and there were literally chatting and texting on the phone. I was racially profiled at this place. I wouldn't recommend going there if you are non non-white. Do not visit this place again and won't recommend it to dark-skinned people.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Huge stalk of candles and body lotions, soaps etc. The before Xmas sales are awesome. I've been spending Christmas money there for 10 years. I highly recommend shopping there. It's a safe and inclusive store for everyone.
