I am torn on a star rating, in general I like best buy but you can not get a hold of the store on phone, you get an 866 number and they are no help, you do chat and they are the same. I have a simple question and have to drive into the store to get an answer. Not happy.

Try and get a hold of an ACTUAL person is IMPOSSIBLE! Very poor customer service. I hope you are VERY organized and don't need help at all, because you won't get it!!! Shop elsewhere that still have HUMAN customer service!Unless you want to go physically to the store to have your questions answered!

Most people go in here knowing what they want and know it's there before they go. I find the level of overall staff knowledge isn't as superior as they competitors. They are friendly. They really like to sell the warranties.

I went in to purchase a TV in December of 2022, at the time of purchase the salesman told me the if I would get a Best Buy membership at the time I would get money off the tv, the wall mount and install. I was told that after 6 months I could cancel the membership. I tried to cancel the membership today just to be told that I can't cancel it until a year after purchase. Now I have to pay for an extra 6 months of membership because I was told something completely wrong. If I had known it was a full year membership I wouldn't have purchased one in the first place.

Ask for OJHe just sold my daughter 6 TV’s for her new home. He was polite, patient, courteous, knowledgable and a wonderful person to deal with.

Absolutely terrible, terrible customer service was on hold forever. Did not get the information I needed whatsoever. Put to a store that did not know a nothing resolved if I could give it less than one star. I would bring back future shop.

This place has been so good to me lately, I recently purchased a lg gaming monitor. And a top of the line gaming head set. And a bunch of other stuff. Everyone was helpful and treated me like family. Love coming here. Wish there was higher quality more expensive gaming moniters in stock as I would not want to order 1 online as it cld get thrown around in transit other than that super happy. Special thanks to Zachary and Anand, and the nice manager with the red hair.

My husband ordered an overhead microwave from Best Buy online. The next day he recieved an email saying they're was an issue and for him to call in.Approx. a month ago my husband ordered a gift for his nephew and had changed the address on the delivery so that it would be directly delivered to him( his nephew). This was only a temporary change because it was a gift all other deliveries were to be delivered to the address that matches the visa card holders address. Somehow the temporary address change messed up on Best Buys side with regard to the credit card. They kept trying to verify the Visa with his nephews address which would cause the transaction to be declined. My husband tried several times to fix this online but ultimately had to call for assistance. When he called in for help he explained the situation and was told that he would need to call his credit card company to sort out the problem even though the problem was not with the card but with Best Buy associate inputting the wrong address repeatedly. The associate was condescending making the situation very frustrating and angering for him.We have had an account with Best Buy for over 15 years and this has made us rethink where we will spend our hard earned money in the future. You lost this sale Best Buy we took our business elsewhere and recieved professional treatment from Peterborough Appliances and they have competitive prices with amazing customer service

This is the only full Best Buy store in Peterborough & it's everything you'd expect out of a Best Buy. I bought my ASUS VivoBook here during my first year of college 2 years ago, I have one more year, & then I'm graduating. I'm very happy with my ASUS VivoBook & I have to thank Best Buy for that because it was very challenging looking for the right laptop for me at that time. Thank you so much Best Buy!

I stopped in a little bit before close to look at iPads with my sister. Tyson was a great help and answered all of our questions! He helped me narrow down the right iPad for me all while being extremely pleasant to deal with!
