Worst local branch anyone could ask for! Avoid at all costs!

I came into this branch location because I was on a time crunch and they were the only branch near me that was open on a Saturday. I had such an amazing experience here, let me tell you, I have never had such fantastic customer Service in all my life, especially at a bank. I would put 10 stars if I could. They went above and beyond to help me, and I felt so bad because I took up much of their time, but the lady that helped me was so kind and patient, even the manager was just fantastic. I cannot say enough good about the experience I had today. 10/10 great job! and Thank you again

Hand bar beside the atm inside for accessibility is broken, I leaned on it and almost fell because half of it isn't even attached to anything. 0/5 stars. You have a legal requirement to meet AODA standards, this is disgusting.

Garbage customer service
If I could put 0 stars, I would
Initially, I had 1580 taken for fees over only 5 months span
The bank account was operational for 8 months
Once I realized the amount was taken over the 5 months, " I had too many transfers."
So instead of 12 bucks a month witch my account clearly should have been set up as
They took 300+ each month
After arguing with the manager, who I originally talked to, I've been kicked out of the bank, and I'm not being heard they don't care clearly
My main worry is ***check your elderly parents' accounts to make sure they're not being ripped off like I was ***

If u guys wanted to make it rite I would have been told that by the manager who I talked to
U guys have my number. If u want to make it rite I've called u guys way too many times with nothing done. ****

I cannot speak about other BMO branches, but I am very disappointed in this location, and would not recommend it at all!
I will not expand on the details, but they really screwed up on my moms estate account.
I had a discussion with the manager felt like I was belittled because he commented twice that he's been doing this for 10 years.
But the mistakes were not on my end. The errors are clearly on them.
Once my moms estate is complete, I will be glad to never walk back in that branch again.
Unfortunately, my mom accounts at a different branch that was farther away. Maybe I should have gone there?

Two people at the desks and a line going almost out the door. The youngest one just stands up and verbally says "I think I'll take a lunch" and gets up and leaves. I stood in line for almost an hour

My family has been waiting since Dec. 21 to complete what we thought was a simple transaction that involves signing a handful of documents. More than a month later, still waiting. Person in charge of this matter is flaky and barely returns calls. Impossible to get a hold of anyone at this branch by phone. It always seems to go to voicemail and they never call you back. Dealing with this branch has been torture... And the transaction still isn't complete... 6 weeks later and counting.

Their NOT PROTECTING "MY" MONEY !!I signed a paper 2 PROTECT ME from such things as Overdrafts that 1 company keeps on doing & it Still Happening !!!!!!After I receive All my Monies coming in the Next 3 months I'm Switching to a TRUSTED INSTITUTION,Peterborough Credit Union !

My phone, ID and credit cards were left somewhere at this Branch this afternoon. My husband got a call that it had been turned in. We said we'd go back tomorrow morning to pick it up but one of the staff very kindly offered to drop it off at our house on their way home from work! Unheard of service and so much appreciated especially during a busy and stressful time of the year. While this is clearly "above and beyond" it is a reflection of how great this team at this Branch has been over the years! Happy Holidays! And a great BIG thank you!!!A. Boyd
