“DIY people needing small glass, plexi or lexan materials don't hesitate to reach out to Kawartha Glass. I needed some very small lexan panels for a DIY audio project I was working on. I called and spoke to Don hoping that they had cut-offs I could maybe buy. When I told him what I was after he knew and understood and went above and beyond. I just want to say I have had many experiences where if there was not enough $$$ in it for a business they can just be outright rude or dismissive at the very least. Not only did he have them ready by the time I walked down to the shop he had cut an extra in case I had any disasters when working with the lexan plates. Been ages since I got service like that when I least expected it. One other time that stands out was maybe thirty years ago in Nova Scotia when my exhaust fell and was dragging on the road. I went to a garage I just happened to be right in front of and talked to the guy. He put my car up on the lift and did a quick weld job. Two times where it was clear that for these people helping someone came first. I really appreciate it. Thank You!”
