I was driving through town when my engine started rattling. This business was recommended to me by my car manufacturer since they were not able to deal with my problem quickly themselves.
Class A Automotive was able to assess the problem late in the day and fix it quickly for a very reasonable price.

Used to recommend, but not now. In for a annual inspection, they said 4 tires were wore out, actually 2 were wore and 2 has 1/2–3/4 tread. Far from not passing MTO spec. Insisted a fabrication repair be done but wouldn't give a reason why (guessing because its not part off a MTO inspection) other than they wont sign off till fixed and charged me about 2.5hrs for the repair. Ive done it be for on my other vehicles, takes mabe a hour with having a coffee. And charged me considerably more than the price given for it all. Had another mechanic look at it and tires, said they’re ripping you off!

Great level of service and well accredited mechanics at Class A Automotive. They have looked after my mother's vehicle, my vehicle and repaired them within reasonable costs for parts and labour. Also, when the mechanics at Class A feel that the repair is not up to their expertise then they are honest, they won't proceed and will suggest other shops who can repair the issue. So, I can respect that.

I ask them to fix my flat tire and they said they're on their lunch time at this moment. I totally understand but when I ask them to at least put some air to my spare tire so I can drive for time being the said Mr Lube is just 2 blocks away...WOW . thanks.

Today was my first visit to Class A Automotive ...... firstly their front counter rep Caylee is absolutely AWESOME !!! Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Last December my car slided into a ditch with quite some damages. I didn't report to the insurance company, and would have to repair the car at my own expense. I first went to other body shops and mechanics but was very disappointed with them. Then, I was glad to visit Class A, which provided just the service I needed. They are a great choice if you have to pay your own bills, with quick services and reasonable rates.

I cant say enough about the service i received from Class A Automotive. I recently purchased a Jetta basically sight unseen and had it sent there to be safetied. The staff squeezed me in even though they were incredibly busy and completed the inspection the very next morning. Upon discovering a number of things were required to bring the car up to code they completed the work within a day. they even found ways to help me keep the price down. I dealt with Caylee and Chris over the phone and cannot thank them enough for how friendly and easy to work with they were. If I lived in Peterborough this would be my new shop! I highly recommend this shop for anything mechanic related. They even put my key on a convenient carabiner. 100% the best service I have ever received from a mechanic shop.
