The staff here are amazing, friendly, and work very hard however, I do believe that they can be very understaffed. I’m busy times I understand with being a maybe a smaller business that they can’t have more than one staff member but it definitely is. Seems challenging for the young kids working there I wish the store had more necessities like toilet paper and butter and things like that rather than just a bunch of candy and a lot of them are mints and hard candies that younger children generally can’t eat so it can be a tad disappoint A good atmosphere

It is a great store the kids there are so great. But work waaay to hard for a minimum wage they need more help one person to do everything is not good there were at. least 10 people in store with one person to serve us how awefull. Maybe the owner should do it by themself for a week. See how it feels

The Ice cream and service was great, BUT there is a shelf as you come into the store, it is brown metal and I came in tonite with my grandchildren to treat them and I hit it accidentally with my arm and cut myself really bad. I was bleeding quite a bit and used a few paper towels to clean it up. This shelf should be moved to another spot or a proper end put on it so it is not sharp. Someone in the store at the time said that they knew of several other people have also hit that shelf and cut themselves. I asking the owner To fix it so this will not happen to anyone else.

Good ice cream and nice staff. Odd selection of candy, snacks and trinkets, fun to peruse around. Prices are comparable to a typical convenience store.

While not as good as their other locations, this particular one is still pretty decent. My only issue is that they could use a 2nd staff member to work the ice cream counter, as it tends to get busy.

Enniskillen has some work to do.
Since Enniskillen took over the old Mr convenience location there's been a lack of care put into the store, it would be very nice to see prices on products especially as the prices seem to be very high across the board here.
The management is likely to block you if you have any questions and reach out to them on Facebook. And they clearly don't put enough care into their staff because they seem indifferent about helping each other out or engagement with customers.
The ice cream is good, but even then you're still likely to get a hair in your whipped cream since no one wears hair nets.

Amazing store with friendly staff. Always a pleasure walking through the door when greeted with a smile and a friendly hello! Always, seriously! I live in the neighborhood so it’s my go to store now. I can walk in there deep in thought, or on my way to work rushing, or on my way home, tired and probably grumpy and as soon as I walk through the door I have a smile on my face from the amazing staff. Always leave feeling better. A smile and friendly service goes a long way. A lot of retailers could take lessons from Enniskillen!! Lots of unique gift ideas or a little treasure for yourself. And of course, the ICE CREAM! So super yum, variety of cones (love the waffle), the old fashioned milkshakes are incredible! If you go there once, trust me, you will become a regular!!

Amazing store so many old memories I haven't seen in stores in ages and alot of new products amazing amount of tins for collectors and cheaper than ordering with shipping and so much more not a traditional convenience store more like an old general store with things I use to buy as a kid so naturally that comes at a price will be back time and time again!

Stopped for ice cream after a rugby tournament, and the ladies scooping the ice cream were so friendly, interactive and customer oriented! The ice cream was delicious (Kawartha Dairy) there was many flavours to choose from, and the servings were generous (which you don’t see much anymore) Thanks ladies for a great experience on a sweltering hot day! We’ll definitely be making the trip back to Peterborough for ice cream!
