Lost my bank card there the person behind the counter did not believe it was mine , he then threw in in the garbage and I told him to take it out of the garbage.
He asked me for ID I gave it to him...he still would not let me prove it was my card ...just smiling and mocking me.
I was so frustrated.
When all was said and done I got the card back with him just smiling like it was a game....he says you can now by anything you want in this store!!!
Disgusting person ...I am a PSW full-time worker
I will never use this location again.
Shame on you

The clerk was on a personal call when I arrived at the till and was refusing to scan my lotto tickets he said I needed to check them at the self scanner. There was no line up behind me and he kept repeating that I need to check my tickets myself. Im not sure if this is the stores policy but I only had a couple of tickets and there was no line up behind me.

Today, I visited the Esso gas station. I wanted to pay after fueling, so I went into the store. I also wanted to pay for a car wash. Even though I went in, the employee was running around in a flustered manner. I thought it was because they were working alone, so I waited patiently. They didn't even ask if I wanted to earn points. When I said I wanted to earn points, they frowned and told me to swife quickly, as I couldn't tap. When I was paying, the tap failed once, so I had to request it again to complete the payment. I think they were just hot and bothered from working alone. However, they didn't give me time to choose the "car wash tickets" and rushed me to pay, even though there weren't any other customers. I didn't feel good about that.

Worst employees ever! ALWAYS have to wait for someone to turn on pump cause they don't stay at their posts..one time waited 8 minutes..when i went inside to see what the holdup was,Guy said he had to put the milk away first!!?? what?
