Delightful customer service experience !! I needed a loan and these patient ladies helped me figure out the best option for me .

Jen at the fairstone location on Chemong Rd was a gem to deal with. They very quickly were able to get me approved and helped me pay off two of my current credit amounts as well as deposit money in my account. I am very grateful for the help I was able to receive.

They ran my credit without my consentement and made me loose points on my credit score for a loan that I have been pre approved for .I don’t know how they still in the market and are still allowed to do wrong to so many families.After my misfortune I came to the knowledge that Fairstone is not here to help families but to put them in more debt.I called them back to understand why my credit was checked without all my documents sent to them and the answer I got was « it was a miss understanding ».A miss understanding that made me loose points .

I went to Fairstone for a loan was approved with in 24 hours. Dana was very polite explained everything in detail. I had no problems and if I need to call her she will answer any questions I have. I was treated like a person and respected.Thanks Dana I enjoyed working with you.

I recently got a loan through Fairstone Location on Chemong RD, Peterborough and I am forever grateful they were able to help me get approved for a small loan to get back on track. They are very easy to talk to, I exolained my circumstances and Leah(the representative I talked to) was very kind and genuine and truly wanted the best for me and she wanted to help out anyway she could. I had an amazing experience with them. I made a affordable payment plan that was right for me.Definitely reccomend anyone trying to get a extra hand and is having trouble with other loaners (your bank, other creditors who wont approve you)

I needed a loan quickly and was getting a runaround elsewhere, but Fairstone came through. I was impressed by how streamlined and speedy their process is and their courteous and knowledgeable staff were more than able to help me sort out any confusing bits (thanks Laura!). I can not stress how nervous I was about this whole process in starting to get my outstanding debts in order. The ladies that assisted me in getting everything set up and started went above and beyond to ensure I made an educated decision on my process. I was served with kindness, understanding and absolutely no judgement on my situations. I was floored to find out how easy they had made the whole process for me to understand and follow. Now I will be living debt free a lot sooner than I ever imagined and I could not be more grateful. The entire process was a great experience and I would highly reccomend them for anyone looking to get things in order.
