Had an issue with my 2011 GMC Sierra , brought it into the guys, was highly recommended, they diagnosed the problem, by the end of the day it was ready for pickup. Very knowledgeable with all the right equipment thanks again for fitting me in.

Had my vehicle in to have the flex pipe replaced, but they charged me nearly $400 for a bunch of little things like a wiper blade and never fixed the flex pipe. I ended up taking it to security auto and they fixed it and didn't try to give me any bs excuses like Fitzsimmons.

Amazing experience! They took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered questions about maintenance on my vehicle, without making me feel dumb or taken advantage of :) I was able to pay over the phone and they texted me the invoice and inspection, which was super convenient !

My partner, family and I have worked with Fitzsimmons for years! When they started to advertise detailing I knew their care and attention wouldn't let me down!
I’m beyond impressed. My car was an absolute disaster—thanks to my toddler and teenager, the inside was a whirlwind of snack crumbs, sticky fingerprints, and, let’s just say, mysterious stains. On top of that 3 years of built-up salt stains on the carpets I truly did not think would come up.
I was honestly prepared for the worst, but when I picked up my car, I couldn’t believe it! Every inch of the car was spotless—inside and out. The stains? Gone. The salt? Completely eradicated. Even the tough spots on the floor mats and upholstery, which I thought were a lost cause, looked new.
What really stood out to me was their attention to detail. He took the time to thoroughly clean every corner of my car, from the crevices where crumbs love to hide, to the cup holders where sticky residue seemed impossible to remove.
I can't recommend them enough. Whether you’re dealing with the aftermath of a toddler’s mess, winter salt stains, or just years of excessive use, this team can handle it all with professionalism and care. You won’t be disappointed!
An added bonus was the quick communication via email and prompt service date and completion!

Such a great shop! They were able to source me a used headlight assembly and installed it for a fraction of the cost of the other shops in the area. The technicians are so friendly! Will be back for detailing.

I have been dealing with Fitzsimmons for at least 20 years. They have always been great to me, and are reasonable suggesting only what I need without surprise addons or extra charges. They offer drop off and pickup service which is helpful while working full time, and even though they are VERY busy they can usually for me in for routine maintenance. I would recommend them to anyone!

$800 for front rotors and pads for a 10 year old elantra. There are several shops in ptbo that won't rip you off. IF YOU CARE about your hard earned money i would stay clear.

DO NOT GO HERE !!! they charged me 200$ just to tell me “nothing” was wrong with my car… it broke down 3 times shortly after i left. i knew there was an issue with it. i brought it to a transmission specialist before and they told me it wasn’t a transmission issue but they gave me a list of all the codes that was wrong with my car. i gave the list to fitzsimmons and asked for an estimate on how much it would cost to get it fixed and they told me they wanted to run their own test, they charged me 200$ just for them to tell me “nothing”was wrong with it. i asked them if they looked at the codes multiple times and they said they did but “nothing” was wrong with it. then as expected my car broke down 3 times after!!!! they even read the codes and insisted they couldn’t find anything even tho i had a list of everything wrong with it! i went in there for an estimate of how much it would cost me to fix my car and they scammed me out of 200$. i will never go there again! so unprofessional. my car could of broken down in the middle of a busy intersection and i could of gotten in a car accident because of it. very careless of them. all they want is your money.
