UPDATE: Had a very bad experience here in Aug or Sept. I had to return quite a few clothing items but I had receipts for everything. Cashier was young and very rude. She was more interested in talking to her friend standing beside me at the checkout the whole time. There was zero privacy for me as a customer as this person was totally invading the checkout space. Along with talking to her friend, the cashier acted like I was a huge bother and I was interrupting her conversation and she was not friendly or kind at all. To make matters worse, the cashier next to her who was much older kept staring me down and giving me dirty looks like I was doing something wrong. I did return quite a few items, however tags were all on each item and all items were in perfect condition and I had all receipts. My original purchase was over $350 and I was told at time of purchase that the return policy is excellent and returns can be done at any time so not to worry if I needed to return anything. I came to find out that this is definitely not the case. They treat you like you've committed a crime if you need to do returns. You would think when you spend that amount of money that returns should not be an inconvenience or an issue at all. I've never had that kind of rude, unprofessional experience ever before from sales staff. Makes me never want to shop at this location again!
FIRST REVIEW: Very big store with good selection of items. Very nice cashier. Love the slushy machine at the cash register. Great prices!

I like how there are a few handicapped parking spots right out in front of the entrance. It never amazes me about Giant Tiger that each store can have different stock, especially in the food section. Giant Tiger has a large selection of food items, clothes, household items and general merchandise. My issue is that many Giant Tiger stores run out of items especially items on sale. I find GT has pretty good prices and is often cheaper than bigger chain store prices.

I’ve only gone to the other location near Lakefield but decided to stop in this one one day when I was closer. Massive, clean, one of the bigger and better put together GT’s I’ve seen. Massive parking lot; maybe a little awkward as it’s tucked in the back but the parking doesn’t interfere with other stores. The store was super clean, tons of stuff outside as well. Only issue I had was the toy section was super small and lacking which unfortunately for me was all I was in there for.
