Cannot recommend Grady's enough, absolutely above and beyond staff and great selection. Been about a month since I went and got some shoes from them, and they completely eliminated foot and leg soreness I've been dealing with for years with the use of their scanner to make accurate recommendations. Have been back since to help relatives get new shoes as well, and will definitely be returning in the future as well as continuing to recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

Had foot surgery earlier this year and needed good shoes to (hopefully) get me back to walking properly. Complicated by the size of my feet (14 wide). Have been limping around the local big box stores for weeks with no luck. Went to Grady’s this morning. All the high tech measuring gear and super knowledgeable staff. Wore my new shoes back to my car.
Don’t imagine I will ever shop elsewhere for shoes again!

My wife and I visited so that she could find a pair of suitable shoes. Carrie served us with great patience, being very helpful and knowledgeable. As I looked around, I, too, found a great pair and again, Carrie was tremendously helpful. Highly recommend Grady’s!

Outstanding service and fit. It has been years since anyone bothered to measure my foot for a good fit. Thanks - I actually now have sandals that fit, offer good support, look stylish and don’t hurt my feet! Will be back for my next pair of shoes.

Such a great experience. They take the time to measure you and listen to what you're looking for. They provide lots of advice and make an effort to wear all the footwear they sell, so you know their advice is good. It's the best shoe buying experience in Ptbo! I'll certainly be coming back for my next pair of shoes.
