A few weeks ago I contacted Gus's Kitchen and Bath in Peterborough to obtain a water cartridge for my shower because the local store had recently closed in Ottawa. I received it in 2 days from Brittany. Following that I had to replace the cover that threads over the cartridge and Wendy was kind enough to have that sent in 2 days as well. I am very thankful to both of them for their assistance and prompt response. I couldn't have expected better service.

I drove out there today from Toronto to get a 'Thermostatic Valve' which you sold me for $65.00. Now that I have it I see I can get one from Amazon for $17.99. Thanks for the deal. I will let others know!

Gus’ kitchen and bath was incredible! All the staff were kind, knowledgeable, and helped jump our truck when it wouldn’t start! We found exactly what we wanted, and at a great price. Can’t recommend them enough.

Excellent customer service. We had an issue with a bathroom faucet and Gus’s contacted the company and they honored the warranty, even though we had just installed it, not realizing the issue.Very helpful staff.

We strongly do Not recommend this place to go and shop! I spoke to a sales girl named Britt and I have the message if anyone would like to see! We were interested in a bathroom vanity top that we saw a pic of. She assured me that it was in perfect condition and knew we were driving over 1 hr to get to this place. Upon arrival, I noticed right away it had a big crack and I was obviously upset! She then states she did not see this very visible crack! She tries to sell us other ones that are def. not the colour we are looking for! At this point, I said you brought us here from far for Nothing!She says to me I guess you are too hard to please! Really??? Terrible customer service!!Don't waste your time shopping there!!!!

Highly recommend Gus's Kitchen & Bath. Bought all our bathroom reno fixtures there in 2016. When we had a minor problem with one of the taps and they honoured the lifetime warranty on the cartridge. All good now, and very impressed with the prompt service.

My wife and I needed a new kitchen! We got quotes from a couple of different places. Prices are high and quality is mediocre! We travel down to the Peterborough area frequently and have always noticed Gus's Kitchen & Bath on our travels. So one day we decided to stop in and see what their angle was. This was the best decision we ever made. From the moment we started the process until they completed the install of the granite counters there was never a disappointment. Selection, and customer service is paramount. Quality is fantastic! Kudo's to Andy and Jake for the install of the granite. A big thank you to Brittney and Kym who I might add let us into her own home to see her new cupboards before we made the commitment to purchase from Gus's. What other place would do that? Today they have made customers for life. We look forward to dealing with Gus's Kitchen Bath again. We highly recommend Gus's Kitchen & Bath. Five stars are not enough..

We purchased a new bathroom cabinet, quartz top and fixtures from Gus's. Once installed, the taps were too short for the sink. We went back to Gus's and they exchanged them for upgraded, longer taps for no extra charge. Excellent customer service!
