They have taken the time to go through and explain what I need, ensure that I have purchased everything that I need to complete the job, and I have always left the store feeling more confident that I can actually do the work myself.

“Love this store and the staff that work there. Used to work downtown and choose to continue to go to this store even though I have retired. Staff always so pleasant and helpful.

I was there today to get a bulb for my fridge and a fuse for my stove and wanted to exchange a can of spray paint I bought months ago (I bought 2 and only used one) and when I went to use it, nothing came out. Tried various times to no success. So I took it with me expecting to be able to exchange the can. It wasn’t that old but the paint wouldn’t come out. Because I didn’t have my receipt and the only activity in there history on the system was purchased in 2023, they wouldn’t do anything about it. I didn’t realize spray paint cans had such a short shelf life. Very disappointed as these cans aren’t cheap and I buy many often for my various projects but this has left a bad taste and I’ll take my business elsewhere. At least for spray paint.”

“Stopped in for a home Depot ornament and Trinity not only told me where they were but walked by to the location. Then when I decided to get a dozen she showed me where the hand baskets were.
This is what retail was when I was a manager and I'm so glad to see this kind of customer service still in practice.”
