“Wow! What an outstanding customer care focus at Chemong Home Hardware Building Centre. Ownership donated resources and Marketing Coordinator, Alaura Jopling, supported in-house staff (Steve and others) in the building of a “phenomenal” donation bin for our children’s thrift store, Little Treasures, located at Selwyn Outreach Centre. We appreciate the care, interest and integrity of the team members at Chemong Home Hardware Building Centre. Each team member, including your delivery team, brought joy and more ease into the lives of those in our community. Thank you so very much!”

“Helpful staff have been great in helping with fixtures for a downtown renovation project. More convenient for us than going out to Chemong or Lansdowne. They have some surprisingly good deals.”

“Bought a Toro snow blower and rented a van to get it home. Sales staff were great on the phone to verify it was the only one in stock, sales person on floor measured it for me on the phone. Great help. I then bought online which was seconds to purchase, then rented a van from Seth there where he was super nice, quick to get me rolling and very quick to get me checked in. Excellent service throughout. Great price for the blower and rental! Now thanks to me, it will not snow this winter.”
