Will not be shopping there anymore.Tried to return shoes TWICE. They were only worn inside and for less than thirty days.The first time I was told I couldn't return them because there was glitter on them. (Stupid excuse if you ask me) So, I brushed off the minimal glitter that was on them and later returned a second time.The second time, the woman said they only accept returns if they have not been worn. Then why does the receipt say I can return them within a year? She said, if they have not been worn within that year. Like why would I keep shoes for a year and not wear them? The other cashier told me they would take them if they were only worn inside too. I shouldn't have to be out almost $200 because their staff doesn't communicate well or won't honor a commitment so clearly written on the bottom of their receipts.I should be entitled to my refund.Also, fix this miscommunication.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. They were staffed well enough that they could be attentive to both the customers trying on shoes and the register. I hope they all enjoy their job as much as they make it seem!

We came in looking for a new pair of shoes for our son today. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We ended up buying three pairs instead. We’ve never visited this store before but after today, it’ll be our go to store.
