I have stopped a couple of times to try and book my vehicle in for service- Last time I was told 8 weeks!!!
Service must be good but the wait times for an appointment are ridiculous

After travelling home from northern Manitoba, wanted to get all the bugs gone off the outside of D's car.Expensive (just under $40) but felt it was worth it when we didn't have the time to put into it. I wasn't confident that an automatic car wash would have achieved the same outcome.We showed up close to closing, so again, thanks for the great effort.

I have been avoiding writing this as it is not how I wanted to deal with things but I feel this is my only option. On December 28, 2022 I had my 2010 toyota corolla detailed. I was in an accident, and instead of buying a new vehicle I decided to drive my old car which had not been used over the last 3 years. This car was absolutely filthy inside.This vehicle also has some damage to the drivers side door from someone reversing into it, as well as a broken plastic thing at the front of the car. I decided to have the vehicle detailed so that it was comfortable for me to drive back and forth to school over the next couple years.When I arrived to drop off my vehicle the gentleman asked if I wanted the trunk cleaned, as well as the exterior? My main concern was the interior and I said if he had time to do the others I would be happy with that.When I arrived for pick up the trunk was open for me to see and one of the rear doors was open as well. The detailing inside exceeded my expectations and I was happy he was able to wash the exterior and clean the trunk. I felt a bit rushed to pay but assumed it was the end of the day and he was ready to leave. I left what I consider to be a good tip as I was so impressed with the interior.When I stopped for gas later that night I noticed my trunk had some scratches. Upon closer inspection, the entire exterior had significant deep scratches that exposed the bare metal in many places.Of course I understand things happen, and this car is nothing fancy, so when I called the next morning I left a message advising the gentleman to check his brushes for anything sticking out before he detailed any other vehicles, and to give me a call to discuss my car whenever he had a chance.I did not recieve a call, but I had an errand to run in town and figured it would be best to stop by and show the dammages.When we walked around the car, the gentleman denied any involvement and stated that the scratches were there prior to my detail. This car did have some existing stone chipping, and due to sitting over the last 3 years, any chips or scratches existing before the 28th were all rusty. I explained this to the gentleman who continued to deny causing the damage. When I asked if he had business insurance, he said he did but refused to put this through his insurance. When I asked what my options were, he said my only option was to "take him to small claims court, and it would be my word against his".The value of this vehicle is not worth the money, time or effort to go the legal route, and unfortunately I have to bite the expense of making repairs to prevent body rust.I would have recommended this business for interior detailing but my experience afterwards was less than ideal. I hope no one else has to deal with a situation like this.**I have edited to add photos. There is one which shows an existing rusted stone chip with the paint peeled off around the rust, indicating new damage. The state of the new scratches are consistent over the entire exterior of the car, concentrated on the "high" spots or rounded corners. There are also gouges to the rear windshield.
