The security guard was racist. Today evening me and my friends went to buy alcohol. One of our friend went to checkout, meanwhile we were about to go outside while he called us and said if you guys are not buying alcohol dont come here. We could have made a scene but we chose not to.

This is the worst lcbo in town.. has an okay selection but is constantly surrounded by sketchy people. I avoid it purely based on the crowd of people hacking and spitting on the ground surrounding the entrance. The security does nothing about it. The other group of people follow you right from your car asking for money, and across the street you get yelled at from other homeless people. I will drive across town before going here.

Good selection although you have to go to Lansdowne Store for Absinthe,my favorite.

Terrible customer service skills, the cashier and manager both need a refresher courseIf a cashier attempts to initiate an argument for no reason, and the manager comes to defend them by stating āshe is a nice personā weāve got a problemā¦. All of this without me saying one word other than yes, and hiNot sure what they went through prior to me coming into the store but donāt take it out on others
