Bought a new dishwasher, no issues with appliance after install however was told at the store during purchase and on our receipt that they would remove packaging (and take it with them) so we could sign for inspection. Was told during delivery that they do not unbox appliances and was asked to sign before inspection. Thankfully no issues.

The guys were great, but unfortunately my king mattress would not go up the stairs. Being in a century house, staircase is very narrow and mattress didn't budge. Both fellas apologized that they couldn't get mattress up.
