I had an excellent experience purchasing a suit at Moores. Although the tailor was unavailable for a week, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my suit was tailored perfectly and ready in time for a wedding. Their commitment to customer service was outstanding, and the suit fit beautifully. Highly recommend Moores for both quality and service!

Today was my first time going to Moores. I had a very positive experience as a trans man! There was no judgment and I was measured on the spot. I ended up fitting and loving the first pants and shirt that were recommended based on what I was looking for, and I found the perfect necktie to go with it! I am getting the pants tailored there as well.
Very glad to have a great outfit for my sister's wedding (photos to come)! Will definitely return for future needs.

Went to buy a suit for a wedding. Mallory helped me put the entire outfit together. Great fit looked great and the accessories were perfect.
I couldn’t have been happier with the service or the items purchased.

Went in to get my measurements for a suit & pants and the lovely staff where able to give me all the measurements I needed. I also found a few items for quite the bargain.

I will never buy anything from Moores after the experience we endured trying to buy my fiancé's suit for our wedding. We were greeted by a lady, who was talking to us about the suits and options, as she’s explaining this, she says ‘oh wow you do have a bit of a belly eh’. After picking out the style and colour of suit he wanted, she asked him ‘do you plan on going to the gym before you get married?’ & after all this, the manager comes out, while my fiancé has the suit on, tells him how ‘people always say they are going to lose weight and ask for the smaller size, but they never do’.Completely degrading & uncalled for customer service. Considering your job is tailor to your customer and you think it’s okay to treat someone that way. SO WRONG.

Unfortunately two of the female employees think it is acceptable to body shame potential customers. Asking someone if they intend to lose weight before their wedding, and commenting about him ‘having quite the big belly’ is incredibly disgusting and unprofessional.Needless to say this location will not be receiving my business in the future as long as they allow such thoughtless and cruel people to work at an establish meant to make people look and feel their best.

Partner and I walked in and had an incredible experience as he got fitted for a new dress shirt, pants, and a gorgeous tie to match my already-bought dress. The salesperson was friendly and professional and did a great job at including both of us in the conversation to figure out our needs. He made great recommendations, we left with everything we were looking for and are so happy with the service.

My tux for my wedding was transferred from this store to Belleville 3 days before my wedding, with no explanation. The Belleville store basically told me it was my fault, and wanted to know what I did to cause it.... When I did nothing. I was also told that the Groom likely changed it... When I was the groom. I definitely didn't need to start chasing my tux around this close to my wedding. Thankfully, it was able to be transferred back in time, but that was a lot of unnecessary stress and accusations.My Rep at this store was very friendly and courteous, and she was the sole positive experience I can give throughout the transaction, and is why this is a 3 star review instead of 1.The staff here are overall mostly friendly, though there are some who aren't interested in dealing with you if you're not making a large purchase.

Had one of my groomsman drive to this location on 4 separate occasions. All because the employees are apparently not competent in typing correct numbers on a computer.One week out until the wedding. Opened up the suit bag to find the suit that was sent after being “tailored” for 3 weeks. Was not the correct suit.. or was even tailored. Still had the stitching on the pants and legs.After driving back a 2nd and 3rd time to solve the problem the store made another mistake by giving a different jacket and pants. So had to send back again. But don’t worry, they finally got it the 4th time around. Also charged again to get the pants to length even though it was their error… horrible service… horrible attention to detail.
