“I had a really great experience renting a U-Haul here and just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the team. I was renting a vehicle for my F license test, which was already a pretty stressful day, but the staff were phenomenal and made the whole process so much easier.
When we picked up the vehicle, we noticed a small issue that could have potentially caused a problem for the test. The staff were absolutely tremendous — they were friendly, approachable, and immediately stepped in to help. They handled the situation quickly, efficiently, and without any hesitation, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders.
The level of service was truly top notch. Everyone was kind, professional, and clearly cared about making sure everything worked out smoothly for us. It made a big difference on a day that already had a lot riding on it.
