Went into Pandora and was greeted by Virginia. She helped us select a bracelet for our daughter. Abby was also working and was helpful giving her opinion and sizing suggestion. Amazing experience for a first time customer. The sales associates were friendly, helpful, and patient. Abby gift wrapped our purchase so it will look amazing when we present the gift. Highly recommend and so pleased with the customer service.

I like Pandora because they offer a nice selection of beautiful jewelry. The prices have steadily increased over the past few years, but their jewelry lasts a long time (especially with their free cleaning service) so it's worth it!

Great service. I often find some Pandora Staff in other locations very aloof and self important. This store the sales person and the manager were genuine, caring and helpful. It was a pleasurable experience.

Overall, I had a pretty unpleasant experience for my first time going to this store. I’m a long time buyer of Pandora jewelry and for Valentines Day this year my boyfriend bought me this beautiful sparkly bracelet priced around $115. The other morning while I was doing school work, the bracelet snapped and so I looked up their silver jewelry warranty and lo and behold the bracelet would have been still under warranty. The website clearly states that they will replace jewelry within a year of the purchase date if you have the original receipt or gift receipt. I don’t have either but it says that a credit card/bank statement will suffice. When I went into the store, the lady asked how she could help and I showed her my bracelet. She barely even glanced at it and proceeded to tell me that she needed to see the receipt. I told her I had the credit card statement which the warranty listed on the website said was okay. She proceeded to tell me there was “Absolutely nothing I can do for you without your receipt”. Maybe this was just a one off experience but she came off super condescending and rude. I work in a pharmacy, I understand customer service and how sometimes there are bad days. However, if your website says one thing and the stores are saying another then how is anyone supposed to know what to do.I love Pandora and I don’t think this is a reflection of the company but rather merely a bad experience with a person who didn’t have any wish to help or listen to my concern. I didn’t catch her name but I really wish I did. For the price of that item you’d expect that you’d get better service than that than to be brushed off. What do I do with a bracelet that snapped in an unfixable place.
