So this is a a bit of a ‘reverse’ review— a while back I might have rated fewer stars because of hours of operation that weren’t very convenient for me, but I upgraded to five. This is why: they are a small, local-owned business who take care to interact with their customers in a respectful, personalized way. When it comes to business hours there’s no way for a family business to compete with big companies AND also have decent balance between work and personal time.The facility is in good shape— in the year I rented I perceived zero evidence of moisture, pests, or anything else of concern. They host a collection of U-Haul moving vehicles and accessories, which is a convenient tie-in for someone in between housing situations.Overall, I recommend Parkhill Storage, and would go back there if the need arose!

There were never any issues with my indoor storage unit during the years that I utilized Parkhill Self Storage. The facility staff was always happy to help if needed and always friendly and smiling.

I have a 30 travel trailer parked at Parkhill storage. My trailer is safe. I was there today. The parking lot was plowed. The property is gated. I for one am happy to have my trailer at Parkville storage. The owner and his wife are great to talk to as the same for there employees. Plus the storage is a reasonable. Gordon A. Stout

Jerrod on the desk is a perfect gem. Arranged a complicated one-way 20 foot truck and ironed out a problem at the toronto end. Without doubt the best uhaul experiance I've ever had.

These folks have done it again. A short notice move for our friend from Burlington to Kingston in August 2020 by Alex and Don was handled with the same high level of professionalism and care. This is a First Class service from beginning to end. Thanks once again.Just over 2 years ago Bruce, Jared, Mike and Alex did everything possible to make the move to Burlington happen perfectly. Would highly recommend this company as they understand and practice excellent customer service. Simply a pleasure to work with them during the stressful time of our friend's move to another city. Helped the church move some items for a homeless man so that he could keep his things when he does find his own place. The customer service desk lady is kind and wonderful to chat with, hard worker as well. Thank you so much.
